Its the War at Pacos Tacos All Over Again Futurama
Synopsis
Scruffy flushes his pet goldfish while crying, which makes its way through the sewers and directly into Zoidberg's mouth. The crew is visiting Leela's parents for their big 40th anniversary party. The loving couple celebrate with a video tribute narrated by Leela. By the end of the video, they begin bickering over Munda's love of things beyond the surface. Morris gave up his dreams of surfing while Munda gave up her dreams of space travel all for one another. The scene ends with the two of them getting divorced.

Munda moves in with Leela and the two decide to go out on the town. At the cantina, they catch drinks and take in all of the various alien cultures. Munda is overjoyed at seeing all of these things, but gets even more excited to see Zapp Brannigan. Brannigan is negotiating a peace treaty. He bargains with them by speaking in their native tongue. Unfortunately, he tells them he'd like to spank their sister with a slice of bologna. The aliens become hostile, which causes Munda to intervene with her expertise in alien languages.
As the night goes on, Zapp and Munda become acquainted at the bar. The couple darts off, forcing Leela to wait in her apartment for her mother. She arrives at 3:43 AM after shacking up with Brannigan. Leela tries to tell her all about how Zapp is a jerk, but Munda sees her concerns as Leela being jealous. Zapp hires Munda to become his translation assistant, who is estatic at the possibility of living out her lifelong dream. On the flip side, Morris is in tears and heartbroken.
Fry convinces Morris that the best way to cheer him up is to seek out his own dream of being a professional sewer surfer. Bender and Fry agree to help Morris pursue that dream and a montage ensues depicting Morris hitting the gnarliest waves, while Munda fools around with Zapp and carries out her new duties translating alien languages. Leela confronts her mother in their apartment, telling her she is too old to be happy. Munda confesses many times over that she has had sex with Zapp. Munda consequently moves out, stating she will collect her things at 8 PM.
Morris is now completely mellowed out by catching the waves, unconcerned with what Munda does. This enrages Leela. She devises a plan to seduce Zapp at 7:58 PM so that her mother will walk in on the two of them together. The plan doesn't work and further drives Leela and Munda apart. Zapp proposes to Munda on the spot and she accepts. Morris arrives but accepts the news to the dismay of Leela. On the day of her mother's wedding, it takes Fry to show Leela that it's alright for her mom to remarry.
Leela arrives at her mother's wedding and apologizes. She walks Munda down the aisle as everyone prepares for the marriage, but the aliens from the beginning of the episode arrive to sign the peace treaty. Munda is present in the negotiations, but it is revealed that Zapp intends to kill the aliens after they sign the contract. Munda is horrified by this revelation and exposes his dirty secret to them, who once again become hostile. They declare war on Earth.
Morris springs out of the Planet Express and demands that the wedding be stopped, though it had previously been called off by Zapp. The Conquerons begin blasting at the ship. Kif explains that the auxiliary system is on the wing of the ship and resembles a keyboard due to so many keys being in place. Morris uses his surfing expertise to navigate the ship manually with his toes, getting out of enemy range long enough for a peaceful end when Zapp apologizes. Morris and Munda get remarried as they get their priorities straight.
